A German Requiem

Drawing on nine passages from Scripture, this  choral masterwork from the 1860s has seen countless performances around the world, and is now hailed as a true classic. Rather than setting the text in Latin, Brahms decided on using his own language of German. In the same spirit, we sing this piece using a faithful English translation.
