Al-Anon Family Group
Weekly on Tuesday at 7:30pm
Al-Anon is a support group for people who are affected by someone else's drinking; usually a family member or friend. It offers a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space where people can share their experiences, gain emotional support, and learn coping strategies. Al-Anon is not for the drinker but for those whose lives are impacted by someone else's alcohol use.
Al-Anon follows a 12-step program similar to Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), focusing on healing, understanding, and personal growth.
Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope in order to solve their common problems. We believe alcoholism is a family illness and that changed attitudes can aid recovery.
